We love working with hair colourists and empowering them in the demands of the modern salon. How to handle with confidence clients from ‘at-home’ disasters , major colour changes, maintenance or transitioning to less maintenance. We focus of upskilling on every element, from consultation to finishing.

The Conor James Education experience is celebrated for its warm, accessible atmosphere and teaching style that was largely inspired by meeting the learning needs of creatives and those who are neurodivergent.

Conor James Education is an International education programme specifically geared to strengthen and expand colourists existing skills. In addition we train and run courses for hair colourists who are at the early stages of their career.

As the industry is evolving faster every day, we also work with you in gaining full understanding in essential skills when using new products. The release of a constant stream of new colour products with new technical compositions continue to push the boundaries of what we think we know about hair colour; chemical interaction to results that are of professional expert level means hair colourists are being continually tested in knowing new skills to create consistent outcomes for your clients.
Being ‘trend aware’ NOT trend led is important in staying ahead in the industry.
