A bespoke training day built around what your salon and team actually need, not just trends.

Tutored by Conor, the day is practical, relaxed and personal, with a neurodiversity-aware approach that helps everyone get the most from the experience. The focus is on building confidence, improving technique and giving your team new knowledge they can use straight away in the salon.

It is also a chance to bring the team together, refresh your creativity and create a stronger colour offering for your clients.

Your training day can include:

• Refreshing key skills from the fundamentals of highlights to complex corrections.
• Developing real and re-usable problem solving techniques.
• Approaching ‘scary’ colour corrections in a more relaxed, confident way.
• Reigniting your team’s creativity and confidence by stepping outside the box
• Developing new colour ideas to discuss, promote and offer to clients.

The result is an enjoyable, highly informative day that leaves your team feeling inspired, more confident and ready to bring new ideas back into the salon.
